First, let's ensure that your special date is open and available! Please send us an email using the "request to rent" button found underneath each rental. In the email, please include all of your event details including the date, place, time, and desired product rental. After we confirm your event date and rental availability, we will send you a quote with the details of your request. If you wish to proceed, we will send you a pay link to complete your reservation.

Our floral rentals are partially customizable! For an additional fee, we are happy to add a pop of color to your rentals to coordinate with your event. We pride ourselves with being able to provide our customers with the most realistic looking flowers available. For that reason, we'll help guide you through the process of choosing the perfect flowers, while maintaining the quality we strive to deliver. The pre-selected base colors of the rentals will remain the same. Please contact us to further discuss your options for flower and color choices. The customization fee will be determined after your consultation.

At this time, we offer arches, aisle flowers, pillars. and arbor swags. For clients desiring live personal florals or centerpieces, we are building a Preferred Vendor list of Florists in order to make your research a little easier. Currently, we have partnered with Magic in Bloom, also located in Jacksonville. When booking with both Faithful Florals and Magic in Bloom, customers will receive a 10% discount from both companies.

While we do provide sustainable floral rentals, we are not a florist. We specialize in large-scale floral installations. If you decide to work with a florist, we are happy to partner with them to ensure all flowers are seamless for your event! Please be sure to review your contract first, to review any specifics regarding exclusivity. We are happy to give you recommendations. Please ask about our preferred vendor list.

The rental price includes: one rental set-up/location, 4-hour rental duration, set-up of the rental within 30 miles of our warehouse (Mandarin area, Jacksonville), and a rental pick-up time of 9 pm. We can accommodate additional set-up locations, an extended rental duration, extended mileage delivery service, and an extended rental pick-up time, with applicable fees for each of these requests. These services must be coordinated with us in advance of your event.

We are currently servicing Jacksonville, and its surrounding areas, up to 30 miles from our warehouse located in Mandarin.

The late rental pick-up fee (after 9 pm) is $50 per 30 minutes, and needs to be coordinated in advance of your event.

Yes! We are insured and are happy to provide proof of insurance to your venue upon request.

Yes! Please follow us on social media or reach out to us via email, to find out about our upcoming events and open houses. If you are unable to attend, we are also happy to provide detailed videos and pictures of the products before you rent. You can also visit our website photo gallery for additional photos.
