  • First, let's ensure that your special date is open and available! Please send us a message using the inquire with us button. Please let us know in your message if you are interested in any particular pieces. After we confirm your event date and rental availability, we will schedule a brief phone consultation to discuss the details and vision for your event. After our consult, we will send you a quote with the details of your request. If you wish to proceed, we will send you a deposit pay link and a contract to complete your reservation.

  • Yes! Please follow us on social media or reach out to us via email, to find out about our next upcoming event or open house. If you are unable to attend, we are also happy to provide detailed videos and pictures of the products before you rent. You can also visit our website portfolio for additional photos.

  • Our floral rentals are partially customizable! For an additional fee, we are happy to add a pop of color to your rentals to coordinate with your event. We pride ourselves with being able to provide our customers with the most realistic looking flowers available. For that reason, we'll help guide you through the process of choosing the perfect flowers, while maintaining the quality we strive to deliver. The pre-selected base colors of the rentals will remain the same. Please contact us to further discuss your options for flower and color choices. The customization fee will be determined after your consultation.

  • We specialize in large floral installations in order to reduce floral waste within the event industry. For that reason, we do not do smaller floral pieces like centerpieces and bouquets. We partner with live florists in our area for clients desiring personal florals or centerpieces.

  • The rental price includes: one set-up/location of the rental within 30 miles of our warehouse (Mandarin area, Jacksonville, FL), a 4 hour rental duration, and tear down of the rental. We can accommodate additional set-up locations, an extended rental duration, or extended mileage delivery service with applicable fees for each of these requests. These services must be coordinated with us in advance of your event.

  • We are currently servicing Jacksonville, and its surrounding areas, up to 30 miles from our warehouse located in Mandarin. We are willing to travel on a case by case basis. Extended mileage and travel fees will apply.

  • The extended rental time fee (after 4 hours) is $50 per 30 minutes, and needs to be coordinated in advance of your event.

  • Yes, we have a booking minimum of $1,000. Most of ourwedding clients typically invest around $2,500 for their florals.

  • Yes! We are insured and are happy to provide proof of insurance to your venue upon request.
