At Faithful Florals, we provide a true white glove experience. We deliver & setup well ahead of your event, relocate arrangements if desired, and ensure responsible cleanup through composting or donation of all our fresh arrangements. We have partnered with other likeminded sustainable small businesses, to ensure our values are upheld and all floral waste is ethically repurposed.

Complete our inquiry form. We will then confirm availability for your event date and email you a scheduler link to book your consultation!
Book your Consultation.
Book your consult, then complete the pre-consultation questionnaire. Our video chat consultation will last approximately 20-30 minutes. Why video chat? Because it’s important for us to “meet” you!
Receive your Quote.
We’ll send you a personalized quote within 48 hours. Your event date will be held for 7 days. Ready to move forward with booking? You can proceed with signing your contract and submit your retainer payment to confirm your reservation.
Experience White-Glove Floral Service
It’s time to celebrate! All you have to do is show up and enjoy time with your guests. We deliver, set-up and clean-up all of your flowers, without you worrying about any of it.

Please complete our inquiry form on the contact page. Let's first ensure that your date is available. We will then send you a link to our scheduler to book a quick phone consultation. We can then discuss what specific pieces you are interested in renting!

Our pre-designed rentals can be partially customized! We are happy to add a pop of color to your rentals to coordinate with your event. The pre-selected base color palette of the rentals will remain the same. Your customization fee will be determined after your consultation.

Yes! Please follow us on social media or reach out to us via email, to find out about our next upcoming event or open house. If you are unable to attend, we are happy to provide detailed videos and pictures of the products. You can also visit our website portfolio for additional photos.

No problem! We offer fully custom rental options. Whatever you dream up, we can create it!

The rental price includes:
Delivery within 30 miles of our warehouse (Mandarin area, Jacksonville, FL)
One set-up location of the rental
5 hour rental duration, and tear down of the rental.
We are happy to accommodate additional set-up locations, extended rental time, or extended mileage with applicable fees for each of these requests. These services must be coordinated in advance of your event.

Our standard service area includes up to 60 miles roundtrip from our warehouse located in Mandarin. We are willing to travel outside of this radius. Extended mileage and travel fees will apply.

Yes, we have a booking minimum of $1,500. Most of our wedding clients typically invest around $2,500-$5,000 for full event flowers (reception, personals and ceremony).

Yes! We are fully insured and are happy to provide proof of insurance to your venue upon request.
